Camille Aragon is a student and teacher of yoga who fell in love with the practice as a stressed out grad student at Harvard. In 2009 she completed her 200-hour interdisciplinary yoga teacher training from Nosara Yoga Institute with Don & Amba Stapleton and has been teaching ever since. Her ongoing studies have included over 200 hours of continued education in various teaching styles, philosophy, and therapeutics.

Camille teaches at You and the Mat and Flying Studios in Oakland, CA, and Addison Yoga Loft in Berkeley.

Through an exploration of asana, pranayama, and witness consciousness, Camille's classes are sensitively and intuitively designed to activate healing from the seat of the Soul. Her teaching reflects the variety of influences from which she has gained insight in her own healing journey including Reiki, essential oils, shamanism, and mindfulness. Camille believes in the potential of yoga to heal the devoted practitioner on the deepest level and is filled with joy to be able to support the development of her students on the yogic path.

Why students love Yoga w/ Camille...

"No two classes are alike. I look forward to feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of my day after yoga... Camille's instruction and soothing voice takes you to such a relaxation state, you'll never want the class to end. It is truly a healing for mind, body and soul." -Edia J.

"Camille is such a good instructor and her voice is so calm yet positive, she does not even need to use music. Her individualized attention is exemplary. I always feel more relaxed and achieve a temporary nirvana that carries over to the rest of my day following Camille's class. Camille also introduced me to the use of essential oils. Her knowledge of and willingness to share information on maximizing the benefits of essential oils are a huge plus. In stressful situations, I often reflect on what I learned from Camille in class especially with respect to returning to focusing on my breath. I can't say enough good things about Camille!" -David R.
